The location of this family friendly home is simply perfect! You'll be only minutes from the historic Rockledge Ranch, Old Colorado City, Red Rocks Open Space, Manitou Springs, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Seven Falls. But the real treat is that this beautiful home is only 0.2 mile from a foot/bicycle-only entrance to Garden of the Gods. This means you can avoid the stress of traffic/parking and instead walk right into the Garden. The exceptional location allows you to explore all of Colorado Springs, relax, and spend more time vacationing!
As a guest you'll have full access to the house and its amenities. Relax on the large front deck and enjoy the quiet, friendly neighborhood. Go for an evening stroll to Westmoor Park (0.3 mile away.)
